ADDIE - SAM - AGILE
We find our most successful projects use a design and development model to usher it from start to finish. We're happy to work in the model that best aligns with your organizational needs and culture.
Below is a sample of our ADDIE approach to development.
Step 1: ALIGN
A Collaborative Approach
From idea to implementation; we work with clients on determining the scope of the project by conducting a needs and learner analysis, developing measurable learning objectives, constructively aligned assessment plans, and building a content map to facilitate learners' achievement of learning objectives.
Step 2: DESIGN
Expert Guidance
We will employ innovative and evidence-based approaches to how to design your training experience. This will communicated through a design plan outlining how and where content will be covered. We engage in client-driven feedback cycles until you are satisfied with the plan.

We will go through the branding process and mock up templates for content and visual aids to be developed in.
Step 3: DEVELOP
The Path to Success
Time to get to work! We'll take all that we've learned away to begin writing and creating your training content. We'll send first drafts to the client for review and make adjustments as required. We will develop all of the content in this stage.
Step 4: IMPLEMENT
A Comprehensive Delivery
We will provide you with all the finalized copies of your training content (Facilitator's Guide, Participant Workbook, Visual Aid, etc.).

As you deliver your first iteration of the training we'll be there to answer any technical or content questions that may arise.
Step 5: EVALUATE
Practice Makes Perfect
As you deliver your training, we encourage you to identify areas where training can be expanded or reduced. We'll be available to connect to determine how we can help you achieve this.
