Owner and Senior Instructional Designer
Brittany is a Canadian Certified Instructional Designer with over 15 years experience in the Canadian education sector. Brittany is passionate about creating educational experiences that encourage adult learners to build on their previous experience allowing them to apply their learning in contextually relevant scenarios. She believes that sustained learning is best achieved when a learner can choose their own path to success by applying new learning to their everyday work.
As the leader of design teams, Brittany values transparent and open communication, the unique strengths of each of her teammates, and delivering a high-quality product on time and on budget. Brittany has refined these skills by working at all levels of the Canadian education system.

Allana Chatterton
Project Manager
Allana excels at team management, coordination, administration, and client services. Allana is responsible for daily task scheduling and follow up, contract negotiation, invoicing, and client feedback. Allana develops solid working relationships with our partners and clients, and keeps us all on-track and on-budget. Her project management philosophy is to be flexible, practical, informative, and responsive at all times. She will also works as an Instructional Designer assisting with preparation, research, quiz creation, and editing.
Allana has worked in Project Management since 2002, starting in Calgary’s busy construction industry. In 2014, she shifted her focus to adult learning including in-person and online training. Since then, she has continued to expand her skills in Instructional Design, editing, quality control, and user-testing. She also enjoys stage management and production management.
Leigha Covell
Instructional Designer
Leigha Covell is a Canadian Certified Instructional Designer with over 10 years experience working in Canadian education. Leigha prides herself in data-driven course development, following the most current research and innovative technological applications. She believes that the best course development teams are collaborative and multidisciplinary. Leigha has spent the last seven years working at Queen’s University designing and redesigning F2F, blended, and online courses. She consults on program-level initiatives and student-centered educational improvements. Leigha holds a B.Ed. from McGill University, a M.Ed. from Queen’s University and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma of Instructional Design from Athabasca University.
